A vast majority of golfers tend to pull the hands in at impact and beyond. Pulling the arms in will create a glancing blow, causing the ball to spin sideways, inducing a slice.
The club should orbit the body similar to spokes on a wheel. Keeping the hands away from the body creates a wide continuous radius and delivers more accuracy and power at impact.
The golf club should pass through the ball from the inside to out path, swinging the club out to right field will aid in increasing the swing arc, left field for the left-hand golfer.
Don’t forget to enjoy this great game called golf.
